Pronto ("the App") is operated by Shimeng Chu ("we", "us"). Pronto helps you create documents, presentations, summaries and other study or work materials using artificial intelligence. By using the App you agree to these Terms and confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
The App creates an anonymous account tied to your device. You do not need to provide your name, email address or phone number. Your account, Credits and task history are linked to this device-based account and may not be recoverable if the App is uninstalled or the device is reset.
Tasks in Pronto are paid with Credits. You can earn Credits by watching rewarded advertisements, through sign-in rewards, referrals, or promotional grants. Credits are a virtual feature of the App: they have no cash value, cannot be purchased for or exchanged into real money, cannot be transferred between accounts, and may be withheld or adjusted if obtained through fraud or abuse (see Section 6). Task prices are shown before you confirm a task. Where a task is billed by usage, the final charge will not exceed the displayed cap, and unused reserved Credits are returned to your wallet.
Content produced by the App is generated by artificial intelligence. It may contain errors, omissions or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them and for how you use them, including compliance with your school's or employer's rules on the use of AI assistance. We do not guarantee that outputs are accurate, original, or fit for any particular purpose.
You keep ownership of files you upload and of the outputs generated for you. You grant us the limited right to process your files solely to provide the service (including re-running or refining a task you request). You must not upload content that is illegal, infringes others' rights, or contains someone else's personal data without permission. Download your results promptly: generated files and uploads are automatically deleted after a short period (see Privacy Policy Section 4); expired results can be regenerated free of charge from your task history while the task record is retained.
You must not: use bots, emulators, device farms or multiple accounts to collect Credits; interfere with advertisement delivery or reward verification; reverse engineer the App; or use the App to produce unlawful content. We may withhold Credits obtained in violation of this Section and may suspend or terminate accounts involved in abuse.
The App shows advertisements provided by third-party advertising partners (currently Google AdMob). Rewarded Credits are granted only after the ad network confirms a completed view (server-side verification).
We may change prices in Credits, add or remove features, or modify these Terms. Material changes will be announced in the App. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
You can delete your account at any time at https://prontotasks.app/delete-account using the Device ID shown in Settings. Deletion removes your account, wallet balance and stored content as described in the Privacy Policy. Credits are not compensated on deletion.
The App is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the equivalent of the Credits balance affected by the event giving rise to the claim.
